Satish Patil

Satish Patil is a Professor at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He obtained his Ph.D. in polymer chemistry with Prof. Ullrich Scherf at Bergische Universität Wuppertal, Germany. He did his postdoctoral work with Prof. Fred Wudl at the University of California, Los Angeles. His research group at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, is engaged in developing π-conjugated polymers and oligomers for molecular electronics.
